Website Visitors

Like many website operators, WABA will collect non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. WABA's purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how WABA's visitors use its website and taking measures to detect and prevent fraudulent conduct. WABA may also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users and clients. WABA only discloses logged in user/client IP address under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information as described below.

Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information

Some visitors and clients to WABA’s website choose to interact in ways that require WABA to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that WABA gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, we ask clients who sign up for information at WABA to provide a user-name and email address. Those who engage in transactions with WABA are asked to provide additional information, including as necessary the personal and financial information required to process those transactions. In each case, WABA collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the visitor’s interaction. WABA does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below. We may collect some indirectly from a third party, and maybe required to validate your data by law as a registered client.

Aggregated Statistics

WABA may collect statistics about the behaviour of visitors to its websites. For instance, WABA may monitor the most popular pages on WABA site or use a service to help identify spam. WABA may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, WABA does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.

Protection of Certain Personally-Identifying Information

WABA discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to its employees, contractors and affiliated organisations that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on WABA’s behalf or to provide services available at WABA’s websites, and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others. If you are a registered user or client of WABA's website and have supplied your email address, WABA may occasionally send you an email to tell you about new features, solicit your feedback, or just keep you up to date with what’s going on with WABA and our products. We expect to keep this type of email to a minimum. WABA takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorised access, use, alteration or destruction of potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information.

Although most changes are likely to be minor, WABA may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, and in WABA’s sole discretion.
